Blizzard's mom is CH Curl Essene Brittany Brittany is a bicolor... frequently called a "calico" although that's not an accepted color designation in either CFA or TICA. She is one of our smaller girls and has always, ALWAYS giving us incredible babies in colors and personality. Brittany absolutely ADORES me and she always teaches that same affection for us to her kids. Babies learn a lot from their moms from the day they are born. Babies will model what they see in their moms.
Blizzard's dad is a Double Grand Champion in TICA. His full name and title is DGC Curl Essence Dream on My Curl, or "Dreamer". I use this photo of him because it shows his loving personality. Dreamer is just as loving as this photo of him shows.

7/9... I grabbed a couple quick shots this morning when I was shooting other kittens. I hope you enjoy.
7/5... Over the next couple of days, I plan to add new pictures and videos of all of our kittens. These are of Bliz. It was harder to get still shots of him because he was SOO busy! You'll see what I mean at the end of the 2nd video. If we decide to enter any shows in the next few months, he's the kitten we would take. The judges have higher expectations of more experienced breeders. We're one of those. When we enter a cat into a show, the judges know us and our cattery name. They expect us to bring a cat/kitten that is a really good representation of the breed. Bliz is a kitten we could show. Several of the still photos show the curvature of his ears which is huge in this breed. After all, the "Curl" in the breed name refers to the ears... Another huge feature is the profile. The nose should be straight from the curve of the nose below the eyes to the tip of the nose.... Bliz has a straight nose, plus big eyes. All important features when showing an American Curl.

6/25... Blizz typically teams up with Bowie and Tootsie to play. The different kittens will play with the other kittens that are well matched to their personality and how hard they play together. These 3 can get a little rough when they wrestle and are quicker to join the chase when they are racing around the room. I've been watching for opportunities to get new pictures of each of the kittens for you. Bliz is still almost all white with light cream in his tail. He's also starting to show some faint color on his face, but it's really faint... Bliz, Tootsie and Bowie are also the 3 that are determined to escape the bedroom to explore the rest of the house. They are outgoing and adventurous. I wanted to get pictures of them playing with each other rather than with the toys. I got a couple shots for you. Whenever we leave one of the toys out after we've played with them for awhile, they take off with it. Usually, I can find it later somewhere on the floor. All my better toys vanished today when I wanted to take these pics. Here's what I got today.

6/16... We brought all Brittany's babies into the master bedroom last week. We transition our kittens from the 8ft cage in the nursery to this 12ft high cage in the master with the tall condos so that when we give them the run of the room they won't get hurt. They get so excited with the room to run and romp that it's nearly impossible to get any decent pictures or even videos of them until they settle down a little. I should be able to get some new pictures and even videos tomorrow so please visit the kittens' pages for the new updates.
6/8... We brought Blizzard and Bowie out together for these pictures. When the kittens are younger, we do that to make them more comfortable away from their familiar surroundings. It didn't take long to realize that they didn't need it. Bliz and Bowie immediately chased this bug toy. In fact, for the new photos & videos of the other 2, we only brought them in one at a time. Bliz is super outgoing and fun. I think he was one of the first of these babies to start eating the wet food I feed in the mornings. I hope you enjoy these pics and videos.
5/26... We brought all 4 of Brittany's babies out for new pics and videos. Last time we had them out, they were just a few days younger, but they were too unsure of themselves to play with our toy. It's amazing the difference a couple of days can make. This time we had them out, they wanted to smell and investigate all the flowers and stuffed animals and were easy to get to play with the toy. Little American Curl kittens are just so darned cute at this age! We have a lot of fun taking videos and pictures for the people who visit our website. I hope you enjoy the videos and pics as much as we did taking them. For these pictures, we brought the kittens out 2 at time. We had Blizzard and Bowie together. We were trying to get some video of Bliz I did get these short little videos of him.
5/23... This is a photo of Blizzard in front and Jelly Bean on the left. It was really hard to get individual pics of these kittens when we brought them out for pictures on the 18th. I'll have new pictures for you by Monday.

Reserving a kitten from a future litter...
We are taking reservations for future kittens now. We reserve the right for first pick of any of our litters for ourselves to show, however, if you reserve a kitten from a future litter, you will have first pick (after us of course). Anyone with a Reserve Agreement can wait for future litter if they want to wait for a kitten from another litter .
