Raphael is shown here as available, however, we've been holding onto him to show him if we don't find the right home for him. I really need to add a couple of videos of him playing with the laser light to really show his true personality. He keeps us in stitches when we bring out the laser lights. He knows where we keep them next to where we watch TV. Boy! The first glimpse of the light and he's on high alert. I'll get some video up tomorrow or the next day. For now, I have some still of the different kittens to get uploaded..
Here's Raphael... our cream boy
If we still have Raphael to show after the first of the year, we will use him as a training example for judges. Raphael as close to the ideal ear curvature and set for an American Curl. He has the correct body shape and size for a male and coat length. The AC is not a true "long hair" cat... although many people think the Curl should have a long, thick coat, our standard calls for a "semi-long coat" and only enough undercoat to give the cat a fluffy tail. We are NOT what I call "a RagCurl"... we are NOT a Ragdoll with curled ears. The coat should be "silky, laying flat". And for ear curvature, the ears should be tall and open so you can envision a penny in that curvature from every direction.
But now, let's talk personality. Raphael is not a demanding cat. He's a perfect gentleman all the time. He plays well with all the other cats but he's not pushy or dominate. And he's got this really cute little "yip" sometimes when he gets excited or when he first comes into the room and sees us. And when it comes to toys.... OMG! He goes absolutely nuts. His ears and head go on "high alert". He arches his neck as if his antennas just went up. Then, when we stop, he will just side with this look of expectation on his face with eyes wide open waiting for the toy or the laser light to reappear. It really is too funny. My daughter and granddaughter came over for a few minutes a couple days ago and we pulled out the laser light. He had us all howling with laughter. I'll get a short video posted so you can see what I'm talking about.

Reserving a Kitten....
We are taking reservations for future kittens now. We reserve the right for first pick of any of our litters for ourselves to show, however, if you reserve a kitten from a future litter, you will have first pick (after us of course). I keep track of the sequence that I receive Reserved Kitten Agreements and offer kittens in that same sequence.... in other words, the person who has returned the first Reserve Agreement will have first pick of any new litters. After that, the 2nd person who has returned a Reserve Agreement can select a kitten, and so on. Anyone with a Reserve Agreement can wait for another litter if they want to wait for a kitten from another litter if they want, and the same sequence for selecting a specific kitten will still apply.
