Charlotte & Opie - 4 babies born 6/1.

Charlotte is a silver tabby with huge eyes. She is really my girl. You know how some cats just choose one person to be "their person"? Well, Charlotte has done that with me. She will share her time between both Mike and me, but after she's gone back and forth between us for awhile, she will end up with her face 3" from mine. And with those big eyes glaring into my face, she just knows I'm going to give in and pet her, and pet her, and pet her some more. Or if just the big eyes staring into my face doesn't do the trick, she will ever so gently reach out one paw and pat my cheek... What can I say? Who can resist that?

Opie is our chocolate smoke boy. We like to use Opie a lot in our breeding program for a couple of reasons... first, he's chocolate, but besides that, he's our smallest boy and has always, always given us really great kittens, no matter which girls we put him with.

"Magnum" - Charlotte's chocolate boy...
7/8... Below are some still photos we took of Magnum this morning. I have a couple of short videos too.... I'll pot them after I get the still photos uploaded for all of Charlotte's babies. This little guy started playing with our little bug toy as soon as we brought him in for these new pics. All of Charlotte's babies love to be handled, They start crying for attention as soon as we go into the nursery to check on them.
6/27... It's amazing how much these babies grow in just a week. We took these new photos of Charlotte's chocolate boy taken today.

We decided to call this little chocolate baby "Magnum" for now. He is available for sale. His new owner can rename him. This is just our temporary name for the website.
Magnum is a solid chocolate boy. We took a couple of photos of his rose colored paw pads. I didn't add them in the slideshow below but I'm more than happy to add them. Cats that carry the chocolate gene will have rose colored paw pads. All the pads don't have to be rose colored, but the rose colored paw pads is a sign that the cat carries the chocolate gene.
