Brittany had 4 gorgeous, strong babies on 8/13. They will be available to go to their new homes by mid November.

I've decided to call Jasmine "Stash" because it just seems to fit her with that little dark patch on his left cheek.

We took pictures of Brittany's babies on Saturday 10/1, but then Mike took a couple more in the morning when he was playing with them. Stash and Preston were the easiest to get to play, even on Saturday when we first brought them out onto the bed. Well, we gave up trying to confine this group to the large double cage in the master bedroom. Mom has always been kind of a free spirit. I guess she's passed that on to her babies because they have decided they need the extra space. They like to play and romp on the 3 condos in this cage, but as for naps, they are everywhere else in the rooms. Checkout the other pages of Brittany's babies for the other videos (i.e., Shante, Chantelle & Preston. Preston and Chantelle are under SOLD kittens.)
BTW, Mike and I have been in disagreement about the sex of Stash since she was born. When you're trying to determine sex, you look for a vertical opening for a girl and a round one for a boy. Sometimes, this is really hard to determine until the kittens are a little older. If you've been watching this page, you've seen continuing to reevaluate our decision, but each time, we were not totally sure. I thought Jasmine as a girl. Mike thought she was a boy. This morning, Mike finally agreed with me. Her little back end is so furry and dark, this was a hard one to tell for sure. Most aren't this hard, every now and then, we get a kitten that's really hard to be sure until they are bigger. Any references to Stash being a boy (maybe in videos) were taken before today. STASH IS DEFINITELY A GIRL.
I took these 2 photos with the 4 babies on the floor this morning. Mike was just playing around and trying to get them interested in this ball toy. Preston and Stash were very interested when Mike would hit the ball so it went around really fast, but that was it. So far, none of the babies are experimenting with it by themselves yet. He did get them to chase the laser light, and the ribbon toy that we keep on the bed.
You can see the ribbon toy in the videos. This is an old toy that lost the toy on the end of the string a LONG, LO-ONG time ago! We tied a piece of satin ribbon on the end of the string. Low and behold, this is a favorite toy for ALL the cats. Who knew?. We were just playing around to see if we could salvage this trashed toy. Even the adults love to chase the ribbons. I've had to replace the ribbon a couple of times because eventually, they shred it to pieces, but honestly, what a cheap toy! |

We brought Jasmine out for a couple photos after we shot pics of Charlotte's babies. He was so cute that we decided to shoot a short video to show you how darling he is.

Photos taken 9/13...
These were our first pictures with their eyes open.
Brittany's babies from left to right are: First is Chantelle, a little silver patched girl. Next to her is Shante, a little seal lynx point girl. Middle left is a silver tabby and white boy named Preston. And on far right is a black and white boy named Jasmine. For more photos of these babies, click on the link to their separate litter page.
Reserving a kitten from us...
We are taking reservations for future kittens now. We reserve the right for first pick of any of our litters for ourselves to show, however, if you reserve a kitten from a future litter, you will have first pick (after us of course). I keep track of the sequence that I receive Reserved Kitten Agreements and offer kittens in that same sequence.... in other words, the person who has returned the first Reserve Agreement will have first pick of any new litters. After that, the 2nd person who has returned a Reserve Agreement can select a kitten, and so on. Anyone with a Reserve Agreement can wait for another litter if they want to wait for a kitten from another litter if they want, and the same sequence for selecting a specific kitten will still apply.
