Curl Essence Michelle myCurl ("Shelly")

Shelly is a lilac point girl... Shelly is one of our youngest girls. We've had her living with Glory for a couple of months now. We didn't confirm when they bred, but she looks like she will have these babies this month.
|
"Glory " is a cream and white bicolor. This is the first time that we've put her with Glory so these babies will be a complete surprise for us. Both color point genetics and bicolor genetics are dominate.. This is going to be fun to watch.

11/16... We've introduced Athena to Calli's 2 babies several times, but she's better by herself. Because Shelly only had this one kitten to nurse, Athena is a little bigger than either of Calli's babies which probably why they didn't play well together. She's very playful though. I have a cute little 3 tier wooden ball toy in her cage with mom for her. We'll hear the balls bouncing around from time to time when she plays with it. We've also kept Shelly and Athena separated because Calli is such a dominate female. She's so possessive of her 2 girls, that I've even had to place barriers between their 2 birthing cages. I finally just moved Shelly and Athena across the room. Shell is a quiet, sweet girl. Calli is probably the most dominate girl we have... but then, she's a torti, so it's in her genes. Calli likes to be loose in the house during the days and only spends the nights with her 2 girls. All 3 kittens have been eating solid food and using the litter boxes for several weeks, so the moms are more just keeping their babies company at this point. It's almost time to bring them into the big enclosure in the master bedroom. I'll add some new pictures and maybe a video or 2 when we introduce them to this big cage. So watch for the new updates.
10/16... I keep trying to get new pics of this little girl. She's beyond pretty! We LOVE Shelly's coloring. He baby is going to be just as pretty. I'll get you a couple better pics the first of next week. I need to get her away from mom long enough to get a photos without mom jumping in front of the camera lense.
10/11... Mike decided to call this little girl "Uno". She was really small when she was born... she's still small for her age, but she's strong and healthy. We probably won't let her leave until she's a little older because she's still small for her age. Below is our first decent photo of her. She's hard to shoot because every time we go in to take pics, Shelly thinks we should focus on her. I got these 2 photos while Shelly was prancing around outside this carrier begging for our attention.
